The jury's review
Jury review of Zyqor Studio
A developer portfolio exploring interactive motion design and scrollytelling experiments across a suite of self-initiated concept projects.
Zyqor Studio showcases an energetic dedication to interaction design and creative frontend engineering. Built around GSAP and Lenis, the portfolio serves as an interactive playground of scrollytelling techniques, 3D product representations, and conceptual design 'worlds'. The code reflects thoughtful usability foundations—featuring skip-to-content links, comprehensive image alt tags, and reduced-motion media queries—though 6 unlabeled buttons require remediation. While transparent about its conceptual nature, the heavy reliance on concept builds and an expansive DOM structure with 59 subheadings could benefit from tighter editorial curation and structural pruning.
What the jury loved
- Thoughtful accessibility fundamentals including skip links and prefers-reduced-motion queries
- Transparent and honest positioning of conceptual projects and experiments
- Ambitious scrollytelling choreography leveraging GSAP and smooth scrolling
